NEWS UPDATE 2010 - Steaming in the new year

LIVE SHOWS
Though Allan will be playing some live shows in 2010, as well as some live webcasts, there are currently no other plans for live performances except for the BTI show on the 30th of this month. People have sometimes asked why Allan is only playing a live show once in a while at The Battletown and a couple other small local places. It is not that he does not like to play live, he loves playing live, but the answer is simple. He has been and is very busy working in the studio and on marketing his music to the world. He now has enough songs for 2 new CDs coming out in 2010, and other instrumental music that will be used for websites and upcoming videos. He is also focused on promoting his music on radio (read below), and working on a couple other creative projects that will be annouced soon.

Allan will be performing a small solo show, playing his original songs with vocals, guitars and keyboards this Saturday evening at BTI. The Battletown Inn is now over 200 years old and yet it still is one of the best places in the area where friends, families and local folks can come and listen to the entertainment while enjoying the great atmosphere, food, drinks and music. We hope to see you there up in the Gray Ghost Tavern.

RADIO
You can listen to Allan's songs on radio stations from all over the world on the internet. Some radio stations have been playing his music since his earliest music was released. Now after some years have passed, it has become very clear that this is an incredible way for independent and unsigned musicians to be heard, sell their music, and get new fans on a daily basis. He has been receiving fan mail from people all around the world from South America, Canada, Europe, Iceland, Australia and of course in the USA.

One recent example is a radio station that is very popular called JANGO. Not only do they play unsigned and independent artists, they also play all signed artists. As soon as we published a few of Allan's songs on this radio station in late July 2009 he began receiving super feedback from fans all over the world. The current radio statistics show that these few songs have already been played over 9,000 times since July 2009, and he has accumulated over 400 fans world-wide and his songs have recieved great feedback.
